This will depend on what program package you chose and the length of time.
It is important to note that program packages are a 3 month minimum and not just an investment for the short-term. Coaching teaches you the fundamentals of health, then delves into your individual needs. So it should be considered that an investment is a long-term solution to your health issues rather than a short-term expense. The benefits of improved health, reduced pain, and enhanced quality of life often outweigh the initial cost.

What if I told you that a vertebral disc takes 500 days to heal? That is the average time for a disc to fully heal. You could see some one for 18 months or more, or you could learn all you need to know in 3-6 months, while being guided by a rehab specialist to heal that disc.
A general time frame to resolve an injury is this; allow 2-3 months for every year you have been in pain. Now, you can move out of pain in 4-6 weeks, but to stay out of pain is what is important. So 3-6 months is a good period to really align the bio-mechanics of the body for efficient and functional movement.

The questionnaires you complete as part the program package, give me an understanding on where you are at. I will come up with a few things you need to work on for the week/month, and you will tell me what you are prepared to do. My goal is to ensure that life long changes are integrated into your day to day. Remember a habit is created in 21 days, so being consistent is key.

However, we will set specific, achievable goals at the start of the program, so you know exactly what to expect and can track your progress. Weekly sessions, access via text and email 24/7 and ongoing assessments will help ensure that you see and understand the improvements.

With clients who have asked this question, it is generally a matter of priority and fear. Is healing a priority? And is fear of change holding you back? This will be a matter of priority. Is getting out of pain, or weight loss actually something you want? If it is, change has to happen in one form or another. It could be that your current routine is actually putting you further and further into pain, or feeling "stuck". It can be confronting, but believe me, it will be the best change you have made in a long time!

The program packages are designed with your availability to equipment. With the Private 1:1 and Semi-Private 2:1 sessions, equipment is provided. Group Sessions have the option to purchase the necessary equipment.
On the other hand, if you have equipment at home that you would like to utilise, this can be incorporated into the exercise programs.

Private 1:1 Coaching Packages
For anyone who is suffering from pain and has tried “everything” but still feels stuck, the Private 1:1 Coaching is a must. Coaching includes:
3-6 Month Packages
Initial 3 hour assessment includes joint range of motion, postural assessments and primal pattern assessments.
Weekly 60-90 minute sessions
Final session is a re-assessment of problem areas
Corrective Exercise Programs that target posture, muscle imbalances and pain reduction
Functional Movement Programs that include primal pattern movements, infant development and neuromuscular training
Strength & Conditioning Programs that include sport-specific training and advanced functional movement patterns.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching that incorporates all systems of your body, with a focus on mindset, nutrition, hydration, breathing mechanics, stress and gaining more energy.

Semi-Private 2:1 Coaching Packages
If you and your partner/friend are looking to move out of pain with specific assessments and programming, lose weight, improve diet and support each other on your journey, this package is for you. Coaching includes:

For those in minimal to no pain, want to improve their health but are confused about where to start. Small group coaching will establish health fundamentals as a basis to build upon. Coaching includes:
